1. How long does it take to receive an item?
Delivery time entirely depends on your country of residence and from where the artwork is being shipped. As soon as we get the confirmation of your order, and as and when we ship your artwork, you will receive an email mentioning the carrier's name, tracking number, estimated delivery date and the invoice.

2. How do I track my order?
For a detailed tracking information, we suggest you visit the websites of our tracking services like DHL or FedEx.
You will receive an email from KnownUnknown.art titled “Your order has been shipped”, where the courier service name will be provided along with the tracking id.
The email will have a link that will redirect you to the specific courier service. All you will have to do is, copy the tracking number and paste it on the service’s webpage for latest tracking information.

Your Sales Advisor will be closely monitoring your order until it's delivered and will notify you of any important information regarding your order. 3. Can I return the artwork if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately, the artwork once sold cannot be returned, unless it is damaged. In that case, the matter should be brought to notice to the KnownUnknown.art team within 24 hours of the delivery.

We do worldwide shipping at a nominal cost decided by our shipment vendor.
7. Can I return the artwork if it’s damaged?
Absolutely. The artwork can be returned only if it is damaged and the KnownUnknown.art team is notified within 24 hours of receiving it. In this case, KnownUnknown.art will reimburse the full amount, including the shipping costs. All you have to do is, provide the KnownUnknown.art team with accurate photographs and condition report as proof of the damage.

Along with the artwork, we also provide you with a certificate of authenticity and also make sure your shipment reaches you safely
9. Can I buy the works of art listed on KnownUnknown.art and how does it work?
Yes, you can certainly buy artworks on KnownUnknown.art. You have to click on the “buy” option and mention your country of residence; you will then be directed to the payment section.
Once you have cleared the mode of payment and your order has been confirmed, you will then be notified about the approximate date of delivery.
10. How do I know that what I am buying is an authentic work of art?
All artworks sold on KnownUnknown.art are authentic. The curators who bring the artists to the platform verify this and along with your shipment, you will also receive a certificate of authenticity.
11. Are all the works sold on KnownUnknown.art available?
Yes, all artwork sold on knuk.co are available for sale. We keep an online archive of previous exhibitions. If in case you come across a work that is no longer a part of our exhibition and are interested in it, feel free to contact our team at info@knuk.co and we will then confirm if it is still available or not.
If someone else has already added the artwork to their cart and has not yet confirmed the transaction, the artwork will be put ‘on hold’. In case the other user chooses not to buy it, you will then be able to see if the piece is available.
12. I’m an artist or designer, how can I join KnownUnknown.art and sell my work?
KnownUnknown.art is a platform open to all artists who come onboard through a curator. All you have to do is, drop a mail to the KnownUnknown.art team and become a part of our artist listing.
13. How are works on KnownUnknown.art priced?
Each and every artwork on KnownUnknown.art is sold at the artist’s selling price. There is no extra commission involved in any of the artworks. Before you opt for the payment mode, you will be notified about the additional shipping cost, depending on the delivery address, taxation rules and on priority delivery, if opted for.

15. Can I pay for my artwork via bank transfer rather than an online transaction?
Yes, you can. In this case, please email us at info@knuk.co and we will be happy to assist you in your transaction.
16. How do you check the quality of an artwork?
Our panel of experts have carefully screened the galleries that are featured on KnownUnknown.art and make sure that all the artworks are of substantial quality. We also ask the galleries and artists to provide detailed information about the artwork. In addition to your shipment, we also send a certificate of authenticity, confirming that they are originals.
17. How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Click on the Gift Card link on the homepage footer and select the amount you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. An email notifying you about your purchase will be sent to you.
Please note that no discounts or promotions can be applied on the purchase of a Gift Card.
18. What happens if my offer is declined?
In case the owner of the work declines your offer, one of our curators will be in touch with you and assist you with similar works.
19. I'm the seller: what happens if I get an offer?
If there is an offer on the artwork, you will be notified via email about it and detailed information on how to move forward with the offer, if you agree to sell.
If you choose to accept the offer, KnownUnknown.art team will get in touch and guide you through the process. You need to first verify that your artwork is in the same condition as what has been displayed on KnownUnknown.art.
After the artwork has been shipped and the buyer has received it, KnownUnknown.art team will contact you to complete the payment process.
20. Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?
Yes, you can surely cancel the order prior shipment. Please note that the order can be cancelled any time before shipment, and can be returned after 7 days of delivery, if unsatisfied with the work.
21. Can I combine multiple accepted offers on one order?
If you want to purchase multiple artworks in a single transaction, you will have to get in touch with the KnownUnknown.art team. Else multiple offers on different artworks are acceptable, but you will be charged separately for each artwork.
22. If my offer is accepted, can I apply additional promotional discounts to it?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to avail any promotional discounts on “Make an Offer” transactions.
23. What happens if the artist does not respond to the offer?
The offer will be canceled in case the artist does not respond within 72 hours of the offer made. KnownUnknown.art team will notify you in this case and the Art Advisory team will help you find a similar artwork.
